Mr. Holloway serves as the Vice President of Engineering Services for Coastline Consulting Services (CCS). As a Professional Engineer with over 6 years of experience, he brings to CCS a background in various aspects of transportation and highway design, as well as civil site design in the State of Georgia . He is currently responsible for managing the civil engineering projects for the Department of Transportation and local site development projects in Savannah .

Prior to joining CCS in October 2007, Mr. Holloway worked as a construction engineering consultant for the Georgia Department of Transportation.  He was involved in project coordination, construction, quality control, conflict resolution, and payment processing for a variety of projects including the widening of I-95 in Liberty County, the widening of U.S. 17 in Chatham County , the resurfacing of U.S. 80 in Pooler, Georgia, and the construction of the mega-site at I-16 / I-95 for the Chatham Economic Development Authority.  As manager of engineering for CCS, he is responsible for the design and review of project plans, as well as ensuring compliance with the Corporation’s administrative requirements.

Mr. White is the President of Coastline Consulting Services, Inc. He currently serves as Operations Manager for field personnel and support services. Mr. White has over 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance Inspection and Construction Supervision. He is thoroughly familiar with many facets of construction including: administration and inspection of Army Corps of Engineers designed plans and specifications to ensure that the contractor’s activities satisfy all construction requirements and safety issues; construction supervision for various civil improvement projects including the installation of water distribution and pressure piping systems, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer conveyance systems and pump stations.

Mr. White has also worked on several Georgia Department of Transportation projects that required the following: administration of bridge plans and specifications, roadway construction and paving, erosion control and traffic control implementations, and concrete testing and monitoring. Mr. White is currently involved in the construction of Container Berth 8 for the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA). He serves as the Senior Resident Project Representative for Quality Assurance to GPA’s prime engineering firm.
