CCS was founded in October, 2002 to provide federal, state, and local governmental agencies, as well as private developers including engineering firms and general contractors, with professional engineering and construction management services. CCS has a staff of 12 people including Professional Engineers and Construction Management Professionals and Inspectors that provide civil engineering, quality assurance (QA), construction management, and program management for various clients. CCS is a Georgia-based consulting firm that is pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) to provide professional services in the areas of highway design, general construction, roadway/bridge construction inspections, marine inspections, and construction management. CCS is certified as an SDB, Minority Owned Company by the Small Business Administration and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with several cities throughout Georgia.
CCS services include Civil Site Design and Construction Management for Schools, Churches, Transportation/Highways, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dredging, Utility Projects, Marinas, Subdivisions, Multi-Use Developments, Municipal Buildings, and Military Installations.
